This is My brother's wedding cake that I made... it was my first wedding cake.
It's white cake with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries as the filling
with Italian buttercream frosting (I made everything from scratch)
The decorations are fondant hand painted with luster dust (except the two
butterflies on the top which are white chocolate)
Absolutely amazing. It tasted good too, if I remember correctly. :)
